There's nothing quite like game day in Lawrence, Kansas! Use this guide to make planning a breeze. From ticketing, transportation, and accommodations to tailgating and in-game traditions, we have you covered.

The Jayhawks are hosting six home games at David Booth Kansas Memorial Stadium for the 2022 season. The season kicks off September 2 and the final home game is November 17.
Once you've decided on the games you'll attend, click here to purchase tickets. You may also purchase tickets at the stadium. Ticket booths open two hours prior to kick off.

Parking & Transportation
PARKING
Reserved parking lots are located around the stadium. Cash lots are available on the south side of campus and at private lots around the stadium. Free street parking can be found in the neighborhoods around the stadium if you arrive early.
SHUTTLES
Courtesy shuttles are available from cash lot #54 on the south side of campus starting 2 hours before the game. Shuttle resumes at the end of the 3rd quarter until 30 minutes after the game. Accessible shuttles are available from this lot.
$1 (use exact change) roundtrip bus service is available from Downtown Lawrence with two stops near downtown parking garages: 6th & New Hampshire in front of the Riverfront Parking Garage and on the west side of Vermont Street north of 8th Street (in front of the Senior Resouce Center). Parking is free on the lower level of the Riverfront Parking Garage and the Vermont Street Parking Garage on weekend game days.
Free shuttles are provided by 23rd Street Brewery before and after the game.
RIDESHARE
Get dropped off for the game on Memorial Drive at the top of the hill, south of the stadium. The idealpost-game pick-up location is one block east of the stadium near the intersection of 11th and Indiana.
Tailgating
Bring your grill, bring your food, bring your drinks, and get the whole college game day experience by tailgating with your people. Tailgating is allowed in designated areas. View those areas on this map.

Game Day Activities & Traditions
Before the game
Hawk Walk. Get loud for the home team as they march down the hill to the stadium.
Marching Jayhawks. The University of Kansas marching band will entertain during their pre-game performance.
During the game
Get Loud! When the Jayhawks take the field, before every play, during the fight song... just stay loud!
Wave the Wheat. After every Jayhawk touchdown. It's easy, just lift both arms to the sky and wave them back and forth to the music.
Half-time Entertainment. The Marching Jayhawks return to wow you with their high-energy half-time shows. Their formations are top-notch!
Rock Chalk Chant. When victory is near, join the spirit squad and the rest of the fans with the sound of a Jayhawk victory.
