Megan Luttrell is the outreach coordinator for the KU Center for Russian, East European, and Eurasian Studies (CREES). She received her Ph.D. from KU’s Department of Slavic Languages and Literatures in 2018, and has taught Russian language and literature at KU, Indiana University, and Colby College. She is also a local singer-songwriter, serves as Chair of the Baldwin City Public Library Board, and is the Program Director of the Lumberyard Live on High live music program in Baldwin City.
